Jayden Melendez Leukemia Fund

My name is Shannon Coyner and I want to help my dear friend Karisa Melendez. Her son, Jayden Melendez , was only 11 years old when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on April 1, 2016. Jayden and Karisa were air lifted to Los Angeles Children's Hospital from Ventura, CA where he was hospitalized for 40 days!! Since that day Karisa has become his full time nurse and is not able to work. This tragedy has devastated his family financially! The financial strain is causing his parents tremendous stress since they can barely pay their everyday bills and the medical bills and expenses are piling up!
Jayden lives with his mom, dad and 2 brothers.
