Jayden suffered the unfortunate and horrific double leg break of his tibia and fibula during Saturdays friendly fixture vs Southend Utd.

Jayden works as a self employed bricklayer and will not be able to work until he is back on his feet, so we are asking for anyone who is able to kindly gift towards helping him in his time of need.

Jayden is a kind hearted young gentleman who we are privileged to call one of our own at Concord Rangers FC, and our club will do everything we can to help him back to a quick and full recovery, and this funding page is part of that effort.
