My heart is at its heaviest, as we are DEVASTATED to share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunty, best friend and high school sweetheart to Kalei Kamahele.
Jayme-Lynn Yoshiko Kawehilani Kashiwamura, mother of 2, was born on October 29, 1991 at Queen Kapiolani Hospital, Oahu.
On Tuesday, November 28th 2023, Jayme was admitted to the emergency room at Maui Memorial Hospital. Where she was experiencing severe body pain and fatigue.
Over the span of a couple days, we had learned that Jayme developed a very aggressive infection.
That Tuesday, Jayme closed her eyes and never woke up.
On December 1st, 2023 at 7:20 pm, heaven gained another angel. As we’re fighting to come to terms with this unimaginable tragedy, we are reaching out from our family, as a community for your support during this very difficult time.
Jayme 32, leaves behind her parents Lorena and Lee, whom she is the oldest child of 4, her siblings Ty, Lane, and Lea. As well as her fiancée and high school sweetheart of 16 years, Kalei Kamahele and their two beautiful daughters— Mikayla and Madison.
Your generous contribution will be used to cover the funeral costs, legal expenses, outstanding medical bills, and any immediate financial obligations that have arisen as a result of this tragedy. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our lives during this difficult time.
We understand that not everyone may be able to contribute monetarily, and that's okay. We kindly ask for your thoughts, prayers, and any other form of support you can offer. Sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks would also be greatly appreciated.
With much aloha,
The Kashiwamura’s and Kamahele’s
