Jazmine Diaz Memorial

Jazmine suddenly collapsed in the early hours of Friday October 29, 2021. She is currently on life support surrounded by family and friends, being shown a great amount of love and support.

 

No amount of money will lessen the pain of this event. But as we prepare for Jazmine's transition, we have set up this account requesting financial assistance in order to help cover the costs her 2 sons, ages 19 and 13, and mother, will incur from this unexpected tragedy. Your help will ensure that Jazmine gets a final farewell her friends and family can gather around, and one that she deserves.

 

All donations will go to her mother, Emma, and cousin, Eddie, who are in charge of making her funeral arrangements. Any funds left after funeral expenses have been covered, will be placed in a fund for the two sons she leaves behind.
