Hello my name is jaz i am 23 years of age.

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to share a deeply personal journey that I'm embarking on and to ask for your support.

As many of you know, I am currently undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as part of my transition. This journey has been both empowering and challenging, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to align my body with my true identity.

However, accessing the necessary hormone treatments and surgeries comes with significant financial barriers. Despite working hard and saving diligently, the costs associated with HRT and related procedures are substantial and often out of reach for many individuals like myself.
