Jazz’s cancer fund

Hi, my name is Brooke and I’m fundraising for my incredible partner Jazz. Last year, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had to have surgery to have her thyroid removed. Luckily we were able to raise enough money to cover the costs of her surgery. (Thank you to everyone who donated). However, after her surgery there was still cancer remaining in her body so she had to undergo radiation therapy. The treatment went well but it was very expensive. We are now trying to raise enough money to cover the cost. Any donations are appreciated.
