Jones House Fire
Donation protected
At 3am on Christmas Morning, my grandmother Lois Jones heard a loud boom and then her home of 23 years burst into flames.
Lois is a pillar in the city of Wylie. She is a retired teacher, having taught at Wylie high school for 28 years. She is a leader and member at First Baptist Church Wylie. She has touched and impacted so many lives.
Lois’ home is a total loss. She ran out of her house with no shoes or socks, as so she is lacking basic needs that we all take for granted. Lois lost a shed, a car port, car, and the entire house was incinerated. The fire department was even shocked about the intensity of the fire.
This money will be used to buy her socks, shoes, food, clothes a blanket and just so many other things that in a day to day life we don’t even think about lacking.
Please help give back to a woman who has spent her life serving others.
