JC Oddities Vendor Relief Fund
Donation protected
The Jersey City Oddities Market is a 3x per year event focusing on the niche community of oddities and alternative art. Over the last four years, we have worked with close to two hundred dedicated and talented artists, who have become not only friends, but a tightly knit family.
The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently devastating the globe has caused significant financial hardship for small businesses as vendor events are being canceled for the foreseeable future. For many of these artists, vendor and art markets are a full time gig, and a matter of survival. Without these gatherings, many are unable to make the sales needed to cover their business and life expenses. Many of our family of artists are single parents, retired, disabled, or otherwise unable to jump hastily into another job or role to make ends meet.
The Jersey City Oddities Market asks you, our amazing patrons, to consider making a donation of any size to the vendor relief fund. We intend to distribute as many small grants of $100-$250 to our artists to cover things like utility bills, supply costs, vehicle payments, and other expenses they may now be unable to cover, that would disrupt future business when events are able to move forward.
With your support, we will come out of this stronger than ever, with no artist left behind.
Thank you!
