Nova's Transition Fund, top & bottom surgery

As many of you may or may not know, I am currently transitioning from male to female and have been on this journey figuring myself out for the past few years. I go by Nova now. I started medically transitioning about a year ago and just recently top surgery (breast augmentation) to feel more like my authentic self. Due to having this procedure I will be out of work for 6 weeks recovering. Thankfully I get two weeks of paid medical leave, however I will need to figure out how I'm financially supporting myself these last 4 weeks if my disability insurance doesn't kick in. If it doesn't I will be using these funds to support myself through the last 4 weeks of recovery, as well as buying new bras, gender affirming clothing and copayments/ deductible for all of my post op visits. If the disability insurance does kick in. I will be using these funds to facilitate my bottom surgery (gender reassignment surgery), May 1st. This will require meeting my deductible, flying to Miami to have surgery and hotel stays while I'm recovering in Miami. I appreciate and am so grateful to everyone who has helped me through this process and those who have provided me support. Your love does not go unnoticed. If you have even just a dollar to spare that is extremely helpful in me meeting my goal. Here's to a year of transformation.
