At 3 years old, Noah is facing a challenge we all hope we never have to. In December 2023 he was diagnosed with a rare Cancer that affects less than 60 children a year in the UK.

As a close friend of the family, I will be taking part in a series of running events in an attempt to raise funds to support Noah and his growing family (he is set to become a big brother in June 2024) during the tough time they face whilst Noah receives treatment.

The donations received will be used to support the family and provide Noah with some happy experiences that keep alive the magic and imagination of his childhood whilst he goes through the intensive treatment and the social isolation that results from it.

During December 2023, Noah began his extremely intensive treatment plan following 2 surgeries. The tough regime is scheduled to last 12-18 months and includes 9 rounds of Chemotherapy and a 6 week hospital admission for Radiotherapy. The side effects of his treatment may cause further hospital admissions.
