Boaz's Mitzvah Project
Tax deductible
Hello! I’m Boaz. For my Mitzvah Project, I have chosen to raise funds for World Central Kitchen and spend time volunteering at local food pantries. To raise money, I plan to run the Mount Greylock Road Race in September, an 8-mile race to the top of the highest peak in Massachusetts. I would be very grateful if you can sponsor me in this endeavor by donating below.
I believe that no one in the world should go hungry and everyone should have access to nourishing food, including in disaster zones. This is precisely the goal of World Central Kitchen’s work and I hope our donations can have a significant impact on someone’s life. Also, by volunteering at food pantries and soup kitchens, I will be supporting people closer to home who struggle with food insecurity. Ha’akhalat Re’evim (feeding the hungry) and Gemilut Hasadim (acts of loving kindness) are two Jewish values that are very important to me, and I wish to embody them through this project. I greatly appreciate any donations you can give, whether big or small. Thank you!
