Herat Afghanistan Earthquake Appeal

Herat province in northwest Afghanistan has been devastated by a powerful earthquake, affecting thousands of people. It is feared that death tolls could be thousands and thousands more are injured and left homeless. Hundreds of homes and buildings are thought to have been flattened, with reports that families have been buried inside under the rubbles.

As rescue efforts continue, without shelter, water, power and vital medicine, many survivors are still at risk of losing their lives. Losing their homes, people need support to rebuild their lives.

We, Ayendah Sazan Community (ASC), a charity registered in the UK (RCN: 1150822), have launched this appeal to provide relief for the victims of this devastating earthquake.

We are asking you to donate generously and support efforts to help people in a desperate situation. All funds raised will go to our team in Herat to help with the search efforts and to provide emergency cash transfers, temporary shelter, medical treatment, food, clean water and hygiene provisions.
