Help Damien get top surgery

My name is Damien and I’m a 23 year old trans guy who is raising a fundraiser for top surgery. I’ve been ’out‘ as transgender for 7 years now, and on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for 5 years. I’ve worked full-time jobs ever since I’ve turned 19, but unfortunately haven’t had luck with maintaining or even affording health insurance in my area.

I’m asking for donations solely for top surgery because this is imperative for not only my physical well-being, but most importantly — my emotional and mental well-being as well. I want to be able to enjoy and experience life in a way that doesn’t feel suffocating; both metaphorically and literally. I bind my chest every day and have been doing so for the past 4 years. I just want to feel at peace in my own skin. I want to be happy. I want to be comfortable.

I was hesitant to ask for help, but I feel like it would be nearly impossible to reach my goal without any assistance. So here I am. Literally any amount helps, no matter how small; and will go a long way on how I navigate this world into becoming a happier me.
