Backpacks for the homeless

I am a twelve year old boy. I am jewish and next year I will be doing my Bar Mitzvah. At my synagogue, we do Bar Mitzvah projects. For my Bar Mitzvah Project, I have decided that I would like to give supplies to the homeless. I would like to raise $7500 so I can afford to get the suplies. I will put all of the items in a backpack and hand them out. I think that this would really benefit them, and it would definately make their day, and also mine.
