JD smith passed away unexpectedly in a car
accident Sunday Nov. 22nd at 33 years old.

 He is leaving behind a beautiful wife, two sons a daughter & loving sister.  We are hoping to
raise money for funeral expenses, and travel
expenses for his sister.
Along with daily expenses to help Haili as she has been a stay at home mom with their son
Eli.
