JD Tow Truck Operator Support Fund

Friends, co-workers, and family of John Douglas (affectionately known as JD by all – including his Customers) were heartbroken when, purportedly, a drunk driver hit our beloved friend on Wednesday at 6:00 a.m.

Early on Wednesday (June 16, 2021), JD was doing what he loved – helping customers get back on the road. At 6:00 a.m., a vehicle struck him as he was helping a customer. The vehicle pinned him to the customer's vehicle.

JD was transported to hospital immediately with serious, life threatening injuries.

We pray and know that JD will pull through. Sadly, given the extent of his injuries, it will take years to recover to some degree of normalcy.

JD needs the community's support. He has always been there for us, smiling, laughing, and willing to lend a hand.
