The Palacino Family

At the beginning of July 2021, the lives of the Palacino family changed drastically when Janet Palacino - wife of Richard Palacino and mother of Michelle and Joseph Palacino - suffered an intense seizure. She was rushed to the emergency room and later admitted to the hospital. After numerous tests and a series of additional seizures, Janet finally received a diagnosis. Doctors confirmed that the loving wife and mother had a high-grade glioma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. What some of you may not know, is that Janet's daughter, Michelle, is a beloved employee of the Ivy Brain Tumor Center at Barrow Neurological Institute, so she is more familiar than most with the harsh realities of brain cancer. Throughout the past month, Richard, Michelle, and Joseph have been by Janet's bedside constantly, cheering her on and giving her unbounded love and support as she fights this terrible disease. Janet is an incredible wife and mother, and is receiving high quality care for her diagnosis. But they still need your help and support.
