Cuba Mission Trip
Donation protected
This November Reed and I have an opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to Santiago de Cuba to repair churches and restore the hope of Jesus. The cost of this trip is $3,500 for both of us. We would love for you to join us by praying for our team and through financial donations. These donations will be used for the building materials, supplies, and travel expenses.
Why is restoring these churches so important?
After the 1959 revolution it was illegal to practice any form of religion. The Communist Party closed churches and forced the faithful underground. The tight restrictions have led many religious leaders to bring people together inside homes instead of churches.
Little by little, the government has eased restrictions on open displays of religion. It has allowed churches to reopen. Our team is going down to put new roofs on a couple of these pre-revolution era churches and to spread the love of Jesus.
Please prayerfully consider partnering with us on this Mission.
Blessings,
Jack & Reed Dearnbarger
