Helping Hands for Raeann Merlino

On Thanksgiving Day, Raeann was flown to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia after being overwhelmed by a devastating combination of RSV and Influenza that began shutting down her vital organs within 24 hours of the first symptom.

Raeann is currently sedated and intubated at CHOP’s ICU and is fighting back with the help of her team of medical superheroes, family rallying around her, and your thoughts and prayers.

Although we won’t know the full impact of this sudden turn for some time, we expect Raeann to be hospitalized for several weeks and need considerable aftercare.

While Jamie and Dawn focus on Rae getting better, we are starting this page to raise money to help cover the family’s healthcare expenses.
