Jeanette Ross Memorial Fund

Sometimes in life God sends an angel your way and you never would know it until they are gone.  Jeanette Ross worked for the Napa Unified School district for almost 20 years with her last years spent at Donaldson Way Elementary school in American Canyon, CA.   Miss Jeanette as  everyone called her was extremely hard worker and shared her passion for education with every child she met.    She was always talking to the kids, encouraging them and keeping them on the right track.  
Miss Jeanette understood the importance of secondary education and encouraged all 4 of her children to get a college education and they did.   Upon her passing Miss Jeanette's daughter Gloria Aguiar set up the Jeanette Ross Memorial Fund to honor her mother.   Although she tragically was taken from us too soon, her memory will always live on through the Jeanette Ross Memorial Fund.

The Jeanette Ross Memorial fund provides scholarships for students going to college.      Every year since her passing in 2013 students of the Napa Unified School District have been able to apply through the community scholarship program at their school.   Scholarships are awarded to students based on need, academic achievements and athletics.  Over 25 scholarships have been given out to date. 

For the past few years the Jeanette Ross Memorial Fund has solely been funded by Jeanette's daughter Gloria Aguiar.    Since Miss Jeanette touched thousands of children I am asking you to donate to keep Miss Jeanette memory alive by donating to the Jeanette Ross Memorial Fund.
