Jean's Final Journey: A Family's Request

Hello. My name is Shatima Pretto. We lost our father Jean David Pretto on 12/03/24. He is survived by his daughters Shatima Pretto and Jojo Pretto. Our father was 76 years old. He lived a great life up until almost 2 years ago. He was veteran. He was in the hospital for almost 2 years. He suffered from watershed strokes. Watershed strokes are strokes that can’t be predicted. They happen very often and more than one time. Over time these strokes are very damaging to the body. My dad suffered from one of these strokes that landed him in the hospital in a downward spiral. We saved his life by having him have the surgery for a tract. He had his good days and he had some bad dies. He wasn’t able to talk to us no more, he wasn’t able to move the left side of his body, he was partially blind. He knew when we were there to visit he would squeeze our hands and shed a few tears. The day he died was because his organs started to fail and his heart stopped. The doctors did all they could to help him but it was his time to go. With this being unpredicted financially we don’t have it to plan the funeral and we really need some help with this. Anything helps and anything is gladly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Any questions please reach out me directly. Thank you.
