HELP Jeniel with support for a life altering surgery

Jeniel is an adorable twin to his brother Jediel but Jeniel is living with a birth defects which occurred in utero affecting his ability to move the right arm hence affecting Locomotion and occasionally sustain falls. There has been an improvement after several hospitalization (Physiotherapy) and herbal medications.

I need urgent help for his surgery to curb the Stigmatization at home and school. I appreciate your Efforts and moments..
