Hi everyone, I’ve started this gofundme in an effort to raise money for my dad, Jeff. He was diagnosed with ALS, (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) 4 months ago. He has also been battling prostate cancer for the last decade. Jeff is a father of five and a grandfather of too-many-to-count. He’s a proud man who won’t ask for help, even when facing a very daunting future. We are trying to raise money to help him pay for his assisted living, and medications which cost thousands of dollars every month. Insurance only goes so far with these medications. For those of you who know our dad, you know he’s a fun loving, goof ball who is young at heart! He has a huge battle ahead of him, so the last thing we want him worrying about is money.
