My name is Sam (& Lex) , my little sister Allison had a severe vehicle accident 1/30. EMS used the Jaws of Life to rescue her from the wreckage. Allison sustained serious injuries and will need surgery.

Their only source of transportation is completely totaled. Both she and her husband Chris relied on the vehicle to get to work and transport their two daughters (10 & 4 yrs old) to school and childcare.

They are in need of emergency funds to pay medical costs and purchase a reliable vehicle.
