Jeffery Reyes Diaz surgery

Jeffery Reyes Diaz has been suffering with a terrible condition called Hernia a condition where it causes bulging of an organ which is painful and very uncomfortable for him. It’s gotten to a really bad state where he could possibly die if he doesn’t get surgery done. His surgery is a total of 1,050 dollars which he needs by the end of July in order to have a successful surgery .
