On the evening of February 14, 2015, Jeff was finishing up on a job he was working on when tragedy reared it's ugly head. He was painting the inside of a tanker he had done some welding work on, when a light bulb burst and ignited the fumes. Jeff sustained severe burns to both of his hands and face, he was taken to the hospital and subsequently transferred to a burn center for treatment.
Jeff is a devoted husband, brother, son and uncle. Jeff is a hard worker and would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. He is the one that needs our help now. He is loved by many and we want to help him and his wife Lisa during this time of recovery. Recovery is going to be a long and arduous process. Jeff is a self employeed welder and poultry farmer. Anytime not spent in the shop or on the farm is taking income away from him and his wife as medical bills are mounting up. The burn center is also 2 hours away from home making it costly, as Lisa hasn't left his side. He has undergone the first of many procedures to help with the healing his wounds.
Our heart aches for them during this tragic time and we felt lead to share their story as many have asked in what way they could help. Please help us to relieve the financial burden that weighs on their shoulders of the seemingly insurmountable medical bills and allow them to focus on the healing process.

They have been through tuff times before, Lisa has fought and won the battle against breast cancer a few years ago, so they know how to fight a good fight. But Lisa said the other day nothing has been as difficult as this is.
"Be strong and courageous." (Joshua 1:9) Jeff we are all behind you and thanking God for the healing He is already done and will do and the protection he gave you on that fateful night.
