Hello everyone this is a swallow my pride to ask for help. My name is Pastor Chennetha Spearman and we at JJCC are asking for your support in raising money for our new church home. I have been pasturing for 11yrs. I started out in my home with my 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter. God spoke to me and said not to tell anyone else and He would send whom He draws to the ministry. I obeyed Him and by word of mouth the ministry began to grow until I was forced to find a building. I prayed about it and God showed me in a dream what the building will look like. Driving to work saw the building God had shown me called the number met the owner got the keys the same day. I surprised the congregation that Sunday after church service in the house. We cleaned for weeks and had service with no AC and no lights we used the natural light from outside with the huge garage door open. God did miracles at 1057 Southern Ave the lame walked, cancer free, the mute spoke, demons cast out, sick being healed, we have fed and clothed the unfortunate, we have put homeless people into hotels, and many came off the street for prayer.
We fellowship there for 10yrs and we had some good days and bad days some stayed and some left. Until one day the owner decided he needed his building for more money and refused to change the building zone into a church.
We had one month to move and it was right before the New year 2023.
I ask the congregation to go on a corporate fast and prayer. I told them that we were not bringing in our New year into a building we have to move out of. Somebody say but God!! Because of our faith God opened another church door for us 3days before the New year and me, my husband, kids, and one Trustee moved our church furniture that Saturday into our new place of worship and we again surprised the congregation and brought in the New Year in our new church home.
We have been so blessed and favored since we've moved to this new location. We can truly feel the presence of God and His glory!! God touched the heart of the landlord and she said she wants to sell us the church building.
So we at JJCC are asking family and friends to be a blessing and help us own our own place of worship. We will greatly appreciate what ever you give. We believe in give what God lays on your heart to give. It will go directly to the church account.
