Help Jelena during maternity leave

Hey everyone, this is taking everything out of me to create this but I wouldn’t if I wasn’t put in a place where I needed the help. Today April 24th I woke up to see that my account had been drained from it being hacked through cash from a close friend. I’ve tried many different times to dispute the charges but have been told by banks and the police that I would need to go through small claims court, which at the moment I can not afford due to what’s going on with my bank account. If you guys know me you know it’s been a struggle since my fiancé Deryn passed in August and I’ve been paying all of our rent and expenses on my own on top of taking care of my responsibilities as a mother. Shortly after he passed I found out I was pregnant with our baby girl, the money in my account was savings to get me through my maternity leave. I’ve always been the one to figure it out, I don’t ask for handouts. I give back and do for my community daily, I’m a hard worker and I struggle before admitting I can’t do it alone, but this really set me back financially. I have a great family who help me with all they can but this is to help lessen that burden. Honestly anything is appreciated. Thank you.
