Jenn got the cancer.

As if things weren't hectic enough around here with a 16 year old doing as they do and an 8 year old thinking she's a teen. October, we went to the doctor for a lump. Now, things are different a couple of months later, a few MRIs, a couple CT scans, a pet scan, and several normal blood tests later. A large metaplastic Carcinoma in the breast, and just as we were going to start chemo for that, it got delayed when masses were also found in the liver. That means stage 4. A couple of days ago, we went in for routine surgery to get a port put in. That turned into an ambulance ride to the ER post-op after her heart rate spiked to over 200. The initial diagnosis for that is a stress-induced arrhythmia.

We were finally on track to getting rid of the 2 SUVs, once they are finally fixed and happy and getting a new/newer truck. The constant problems with these things have gotten monotonous, and anything that breaks at this point is likely a rather pricey repair.

As most of you know, we've managed rather okay over this past decade and finally had started building a bit of saving, ala finally getting new car. That has been one of the biggest constant stresses around here, outside of chaotic children. Well, bills are stacking up quickly, and we don't know where the road leads right now.

Any help is appreciated, and I can only imagine right now that this is just a drop in the bucket.
