Jenna's Accident/Medical Needs

Jenna Philley suffered major injuries in a car accident on Alisal Road on Friday May 25, 2018. She was extricated from the wreckage and airlifted to SB Cottage Hospital in critical condition. She remained in SICU for 7 days. In that time, she had an 8 hour spinal fusion surgery, injuries that included: a collapsed lung, all ribs broken (with exception of 2), and then given the tragic news that she is now paralyzed from the waist down.
 We are so thankful that Jenna survived this terrible accident, it has been a true miracle and blessing. However, this is a life changing event for her. Jenna is 29 years old and is a single mother to her 7 year old daughter. Jenna has always been a very active person...loves the beach, hiking, horseback riding, etc...always on the go and always taking her daughter on new adventures! Jenna is a very strong and positive person. She remains in the hospital at this time and then will be in Rehab/therapy for months. As Jenna faces these difficult challenges and adjustments to her life, we ask for any support to help with her extensive medical bills and continued medical needs.
