Jennifer Delgado Memorial Street Name Designation

Jennifer Sue Delgado was murdered at the corner of Westrock and Westoak in San Antonio in 1988. The perpetrator has never been caught. This remains a cold case. In an effort to keep Jennifer's memory alive, I am proposing that a portion of Westrock be designated as the Jennifer Sue Delgado Memorial Way. I am seeking funds to assist in the cost of the application fee and fees to get signs erected. Any amount is appreciated.
