Some may know our story, others may not. My name is Heather & my husband is Steve. We live in Laurens, SC. We have two daughters Peyton & Piper. Peyton has diagnosed with juvenile arthritis a couple of years ago & Piper who is 3 was diagnosed with Autism about a year ago. They keep us busy with appointments and since December we have also been raising my two nieces (13 & 11). Tonight we will begin a new journey on raising our youngest niece Janet. She lost her Mom Friday night suddenly. Janet has now lost both parents & both grandmothers in just 3 short years. She’s 9 years old & her whole life has been dealing with death. Please wrap your prayers around us as we try to figure out what needs to be done to make sure we give these kids everything they need. I don’t usually ask for help because let’s be honest sometimes pride gets in the way. Our whole world has changed and I’m not sure how we will do it without help & lots of prayers. My sister in law didn’t have life insurance so we will have to pay for her funeral services as well as updating our home (garage) for bedroom living arrangements to continue to take care of 5 girls. If you feel it in your heart to help, any help is appreciated!
