Help Jennifer Beat Breast Cancer
Donation protected
You probably know Jennifer from her service with the K-9 One Search and Rescue team, the many pups she's trained around Ludington, or her job as an orientation and mobility specialist working with blind and low vision students across Michigan.
She's been there for so many friends, family, clients, and total strangers throughout the years, and now Jenn needs help too. Jenn was diagnosed just earlier this summer with stage two breast cancer and is on her journey of treatment. Her first round of chemo started in August, and there are several rounds to follow.
While she's facing this scary challenge with immense courage and is determined to beat it, it's getting expensive when money is tight. Jenn is a self-employed contract worker (which means no employer-supported sick leave, disability, etc).
We want to help Jenn fight this cancer and get back to the activities and service she loves. Back to teaching her visually impaired students, responding to search and rescue emergencies and living her life. As a family, we're all here for Jenn, but could use your help. We understand it's a tight time and if you can't help financially, your love and sharing mean just as much. Donations will go directly to Jennifer's medical bills and add support through a tough journey ahead.
Please leave Jenn a comment below - she could use the extra love right now! I will provide updates here as they come.
Thank you so very much.
