Funeral expenses for Stefanie Mendoza

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the loss of our precious cousin, Stefanie. Having been born with cardiovascular problems, she received her first heart transplant at the age of only 1. Years later she overcame cancer twice. Around the age of 15 we were informed that she was in need of a second heart transplant, after receiving it & not recovering the way we had hoped, we were informed that her lungs & kidneys were failing. After a year & a half of being hospitalized they allowed her to come home. About a week ago, she was air lifted back to Standford hospital & we were then informed that there was not much doctors were able to do. Stefanie was truly a warrior & we will forever remember her as a selfless, loving, & giving person ❤️
