Jennifer Nitz Benefit - Her Journey To Recovery

On Thanksgiving morning, Jen collapsed at Lifetime Fitness and was hospitalized in the ICU with complications from a severe hemorrhagic stroke within her brain stem. The recovery from this type of injury is very difficult and requires complex therapies as well as extended time to heal. As Jen regains movement, feeling and speech, she continuously amazes family with her dedication towards recovery. Jen is continuing her recovery/therapy from her home, however, requires sustained care.

Beyond a full time skilled nurse, here are some things life you never expect you would need: Mobility van, complete renovation to make your home handicap accessible, thousands of dollars worth of DME & Exercise Equipment to support her healing.

Reflecting loss of income and all of these out of pocket expenses, we are hosting a fundraiser for Jen and her family. Jen has had so much support and prayer already. Past the initial hospital bills and deductibles, this fundraiser will help her family with the financial burden of these services so Jen can have the best possible care.
