Help get Jenn Sifuentes back on her feet!

On July 1st, our dear friend, sister, mother of three, and community leader, Jennifer Sifuentes, got into an auto accident and totaled her van. The impact caused head trauma with bleeding in her brain and damage to her foot, resulting in the inaility to move about without assistance. In the two weeks since the accident, we have spent countless hours monitoring her condition and the development of her injuries, including CT scans and X-rays. She's been on 24-hour med rounds and status watch, communicating with neurosurgeons about the growth of the hematomas and the possibilities of surgery.
During this time, we are weary facing financial strife as she hasn't worked since the accident and is a "paycheck to paycheck" single mom, and we know insurance isn’t going to cover the massive hospital bills; we're just hoping to keep things afloat until she's back on her feet. The donations of this fund will be used to help cover monthly living expenses for 3 months on Kauai, Jenn is the sole provider for her daughter at her house. She also has a son on Oahu and another in college in California, and having her out of work risks houselessness. Please help her and her family in her time of need.
Jenn is a huge part of the community. She is an activist, a volunteer, and a role model. She is generous and empathetic and has put herself to work in the name of helping the community numerous times. When her brother was seriously injured in two separate accidents, she took care of him for a year and even gave up her own bed for his rehabilitation. She has always volunteered for Thanksgiving food drives, and every random volunteer gig from highway and beach cleanups, to sewing Hawaiian print bandanas for cancer patients, and volunteer cleanup after the floods. She helped at Waipa`a to clear invasive species on the taro farms, and did the same in Koke`e with invasive ginger. Jenn is on the executive committee of Zero Waste Kauai, and spearheaded Taste of Hawaii's “going green” the first year. She has extended a helping hand at every turn someone has needed it, and now it is our turn to help her.
Please consider donating anything. No amount is too little, and simply sharing the story is participating.
The accident was on Saturday, July 1st but Jenn only went to Mahelona that night because her foot was hurting. Her head hadn't been assessed yet. She went home that night only to be contacterd by her passenger the following day, who added to her son's pleas to go into the Emergency Room. She was having such gnarley headaches that she agreed to go into the Wilcox ER, where she stayed for 24 hours until they checked her into a room.
The rounds of CT scans showed several subdermal hematomas which appeared to be getting smaller. She decided she prefered pain management and faith for healing and recovery. After a week in the hospital she went home for after-care. Unfortunately the headaches spiked again and she had to be returned to the Emergency Room on July 15th. After another CT scan, there were findings of increased bleeding in the brain. She was readmitted into the hospital for surgery assessment.
MOST RECENT CT FINDING: July 15, 2023
There is redemonstration of right-sided subdural hematoma which is decreased in attenuation since prior study. However, it is increased in size measuring approximately 11 mm on the current examination compared to prior study where it measured approximately 5 mm. There are also a few foci of increased density within the subdural hematoma seen at the level of the parietotemporal fossa which may represent more subacute blood product. There is also increased midline shift towards the left which is measuring at least approximately 9 mm on the current examination compared to prior study where it measured 4 mm. There appears to be increased mass effect on the right lateral ventricle.
