Jennifer's Spine Surgery

I collapsed in November and went to the ER. What followed was six months of doctor visits and endless tests ruling out everything possible. I have been experiencing pain, tingling, and numbness in my limbs, weakness and trouble holding things. The neurologist was leaning towards MS or some type of degenerative brain disease. 

Almost two months ago the pain started. A few days of faint pain turned into the most unbearable nerve pain I've ever felt. I couldn't walk/work/sleep or do basic tasks around the house. When this pain onset happened, I went back to the hospital and did a full MRI of the spine and they found a disc in my neck is compressing my spinal cord causing pain and strength issues. 

I need surgery as soon as possible to avoid permanent nerve damage or strength loss from getting worse. They neurosurgeon said there is risk for paralysis and to be careful until I get the procedure done.

I've already spent a small fortune on medical bills getting to this point and my hope is to raise money to pay the initial amount due at my surgery date which is a few week away. If I can get the surgery and it goes well, I will be able to go back to work in less than two months.
