Support Jenny’s Fight Against Brain Cancer
Donation protected
Jennifer is a vibrant 43 year old single mom who has a kind heart, bustling social life, a job she loves, and is at the top of her health and fitness. In late January the right side of her face went paralyzed and she thought she had Bell's Palsy, as her sister had in the past. After visits with her doctor, and an eventual visit to the emergency room, she was stunned to find out that she has a brain tumor: Non-Hodgkins, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma aka Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma - A rare and aggressive cancer (the doctor's don’t rate brain cancer, but it’s equivalent to stage 4). This cancer typically targets 60+ year olds with an auto immune disorder, which she does not have. There are only about 1500 people in the world that have this rare form of brain tumor.
Jennifer, with her positive attitude, says that if she had to get cancer at any point in her life now would be the time as she is healthy, happy, and can beat this! She is undergoing very aggressive chemotherapy and will then have a complete stem cell transplant (all within a six month period).
We are starting this account to help with the many costly medical expenses for Jennifer’s treatment. With time off work for treatments and the transplant, there will be a financial burden. If you were going to send flowers, cookies or blankets…etc. - please consider making a financial donation instead.
If you do have the means to donate, awesome and thank you so much; however,
we understand that not everyone can make a donation, so please say a prayer for Jenny and keep her in your thoughts.
Much love to all!
