Let's Bless Jenny Calfee and Her Children

My name is Gretchen Stanley. I am a close college friend of Jenny Calfee. I am raising funds for her after a very trying season. Jenny is a single mom of 4 children. In the span of the last two months, her 2 youngest children/teens have experienced medical challenges. In March, her son, age 16, was hospitalized for 11 days. He is home and recovering but is still in need of a lot of care in addition to his other special needs. Most recently, her daughter, age 13, was hospitalized and in the ICU after a bike accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury that will keep her out of school the rest of the year. She is recovering, and while they are so thankful for the ways she is healing, she will be under many restrictions for months.

These hospital stays and then care for her children at home have kept Jenny from working the hours she needs at her job, and therefore have created and added financial stress. She could use help with expenses incurred during these medical situations, living expenses, and home repairs that have been put off for years. Any help would be appreciated and such a blessing to this family. After a very difficult year (combined with other struggles that they have also walked through this year) it would be such a gift to support them in this way. If we can help alleviate some of the financial stress a single parent faces while giving so much time to these medical situations it would be very helpful.
