Desperate situation! Please please help my friend Jenni!

This is a desperate plea for help on behalf of my dear friend, Jenni Steed, whose resilience and unwavering kindness have touched the lives of many, including the precious orphans she has helped. Jenni is grappling with immense physical and financial burdens. A dedicated pastor and caretaker of orphans in Johannesburg, South Africa, she has faced numerous challenges in recent years. Chronic pain from a twisted colon has made it difficult for her to secure stable employment, forcing her to rely on freelance work as an assistant for advocates, where she earns hourly wages.

Recently, tragedy struck when Jenni slipped while leaving a shopping mall, resulting in severe injuries, including a torn ligament in her ankle, fractured right elbow, injuries to her left arm, and painful bruising all over her body. As someone who cannot take pain medication, she endures unimaginable pain. Unable to work for at least the next two months due to her injuries, Jenni finds herself in a state of desperation, unsure of how she will meet her basic needs, let alone cover mounting medical expenses.

Her income, solely reliant on her ability to work, has come to a standstill, leaving her facing the grim reality of homelessness and hunger. In the face of such dire circumstances, I feel compelled to reach out for support on Jenni's behalf. I want to raise $10,000 to alleviate her financial strain during this turbulent time and ensure she can at least afford shelter, sustenance, and medical care.
