Jenny's cancer diagnosis and surgery

In late June, Jenny was experiencing chronic pain and went into the ER only to receive the devastating news that she had extensive ovarian cancer at the age of 38. Her symptoms required immediate hospitalization and subsequent surgery where a complete hysterectomy was needed. Her spleen, 3 feet of colon and appendix required removal as well. Chemo will begin in a few weeks.

Initially without health insurance to cover the surgery, the medical bills became monumental and overwhelming. Thankfully though, she is now on insurance that will be covering much of her chemo treatment for this coming year. Jenny has been an encouragement for years to many couples struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. Jenny's trust is in God's healing and provision and we invite you to bear the burden alongside her and her husband Scott.
