Jenny’s Paralympic Snowboard Dreams

Hi, my name is Jenny. In 2003, while snowboarding at Mountain Creek, NJ, another rider struck me from behind. The resulting crash ripped my right C5 and C6 nerves from my spine. The brachial plexus injury I sustained left many muscles in my right upper arm and shoulder either paralyzed or extremely weekend. While this injury was devastating and life changing, it also gave me the opportunity to join the para snowboarding community and possibly compete in the 2026 Paralympic Games. This fundraiser will help pay for training, travel, coaching and competitions to help me reach my goal of a Paralympic gold medal.
