Remembering Jeremy De Leon
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
With a heavy heart, we share the news that our beloved Jeremy passed away Monday morning on November 14th. Jeremy was found unconscious and without a pulse in the bathroom, and paramedics were immediately called. CPR and resuscitation procedures were performed until Jeremy reached the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. At this time, the cause of Jeremy's passing is unknown as we await the results of his autopsy, which we were told would be approximately 2-3 weeks after his passing.
Jeremy was a great friend to many, the youngest of three and a loving son to his family. Smart, talented, social, friendly, generous, loving, welcoming, positive, cheerful, goofy, a deep thinker and a peer counselor, he left an impression on everyone he met. He enjoyed bartending and loved meeting people; he was a gift to everyone who met him. Always the life of the party, you could never forget his signature, hearty laugh accompanied by a wide smile.
Many friends have reached out, wanting to pay their respects before Jeremy is laid to rest. Unfortunately, the funeral home will not allow our family to begin planning the service until the autopsy has been completed. As a result, we cannot provide a date for his funeral at this time, and we will provide an update as soon as we can schedule it.
If you would like to help, we are accepting donations to help fund Jeremy's funeral expenses and hospital bills.
Knowing Jeremy, he would try to cheer us up and lift our spirits. During this difficult time, do as he would have done and help those grieving.
Jeremy lives on in our memories. As a last request, don't hesitate to contact his oldest brother Justin Deleon if you have any photos or videos you can share of him or his life with his family.
Thank you,
Deleon Family
