Jeremy London’s Heart Transplant

Hi, my name is Matt Davis. Sean London and I are initiating this fundraiser to help raise money for Jeremy London and his family due to his recent battle with heart failure. Like most people, no one ever talks about the struggles of their medical condition or the burden it puts on their family and finances. Jeremy has been wearing a defibrillator for a while now while he has been waiting for news on a new heart. Due to the defibrillator, he had to shut down his business because he can’t hold a CDL license. He has a ton a doctor’s appointments coming up over the holidays that will decide the next path that he will need to take to get healthy. This fundraiser is to help settle those anxieties and unknowns of how to pay for those appointments, monthly living expenses, and the holidays that are coming up.

Many of you that are reading this have known Jeremy throughout your life and know that he is not gonna give up. He is a fighter. It’s time for us to come together as a family to help Jeremy and his family.
