Jeremy Remillard and family

Hi, my name is Kristi. I am raising funds for my cousin Jeremy Remillard who had a mild heart attack Feb 28th followed by a quadruple bypass. He is 43 years old, a husband and father of 4 (2 of which are young children).

The day of his surgery a tree also fell and ripped the electrical lines from their home, burning the meter into the house. They are still in process of repairing the electrical.

Jeremy will be out of work for several months and his wife as well to be able to be home and care for him. They have insurance but are in need of assistance to help during this emergency.
