Jeremy Rogers

Hi, my name is Darlena and I am the mother of Jeremy Rogers. Last year, Jeremy was diagnosed with an autoimmune Lung Disease with scarring fibrosis in both lower part of the lungs. This required that he use a portable oxygen unit. Because of his compromised system, he contracted pneumonia which developed into double pneumonia and a severely swollen spleen. He was admitted into the hospital to take IV antibiotics and steroids to fight the infection. The medication wasn’t working and the inflammation has gotten worse. The pulmonologist decided to transfer him to ICU for a more agressive and stronger medication and be able to monitor him closer.

Jeremy has been out of work since the first of June due to “lack of work” and has been drawing unemployment. So the emotional and financial burdens have been overwhelming for him and his family. They need to focus on his treatment and not how to pay their monthly bills. Therefore we are reaching out to friends and family to ask for a love offering to this family and lessen the burdens they face now and in the future.
