Jermaine Stewart Funeral Assistance
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Beverly Stewart, and I am the mother of Jermaine Stewart. Unfortunately, my son's life was tragically cut short. I last spoke to my son on Friday at 9:05 pm on January 28, 2022, and later received a call around 1 am on January 29, 2022, stating that my son Jermaine had died. We are still looking for answers, and we will continue to fight to find out what happened to him.
From a child, Jermaine was a beautiful child. He was also a very energetic and headstrong young man. As a son's mom, you worry about how this world will treat your beautiful Black son. He often struggled with his behavior, but all he needed was to be understood and supported. Like so many Black and Brown young men who have also suffered with mental health, his needs were ignored. Through his mistakes, he never gave up on change and believed that he could be a better person and a better man one day.
Jermaine wasn't perfect, but the last time I spoke to him, he looked forward to a better and brighter future. He decided to change his faith and moving more into a positive healthy lifestyle. He looked forward to being released next year and focusing on being a great father and a loving son.
All donations will go towards the funeral-related expenses and the second autopsy. Myself and Jermaine's brothers will be grateful for your support during an overwhelming and challenging time. Our entire family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers and donations. God bless, and we thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Beverly Stewart and Family
