Jermaine Wright - Mr Hackney Marshes

Jermaine Wright worked for the NHS and transformed the image of grass roots football in London. He was an inspiration to all who met him and campaigned tirelessly for improvements in the game at that level, playing an influential role with the London Football Association and the regional division. His boundless energy and infectious personality was known to many and he will be sadly missed, taken by the pandemic that has swept the nation. We are wholeheartedly united in our grief and support for his family at this time and pledge to donate whatever we can raise in his memory. God bless you Jermaine, your memory and legacy will live on
