Jernya's Memorial: A Call for Support

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jernya Jariq Nathan Oscar. Jernya was on his way to work and was struck by another vehicle, sustaining a brain injury that led to his death on December 23, 2024. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace with the Lord.

Jernya’s journey to the United States began with promise and ambition. Hailing from Antigua, he arrived on American shores with a student visa, eager to pursue his academic and athletic passions. He immersed himself in studies, focusing on information technology, while also showcasing his skills on the soccer field.

Tragically, Jernya’s time to realize his dreams was cut short, leaving behind a legacy of unfulfilled potential and cherished memories.

As we navigate this difficult time, we humbly ask for your support. If you feel led to contribute towards funeral and memorial arrangements, your generosity will be deeply appreciated. Your prayers and words of comfort mean the world to us.
