Jerome Otis-Harris needs our HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Jerome Otis-Harris was diagnosed with Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, or FSGS, a chronic kidney condition back in 2008. The disease is not fully understood and is not easy to treat. Jerome was very fortunate to get a kidney transplant from family friend James Porch back in 2009. Since there's no cure for this disease, he knew this was just going to be a band-aid. Treating it with dialysis and needing to take medication for the rest of his life. Jerome's kidney started failing again. He lasted fourteen years with the transplant. He received the news in March 2023 that his kidney is failing and would need to begin dialysis asap and will need a new kidney transplant. Jerome was very devastated that the day had come again. Even when you know it's coming you can’t prepare for things like this. Jerome started dialysis in April 2023 and was able to get a kidney transplant on November 19, 2023. Jerome is still recovering and still has a long road ahead of him. He’s out of work and I’m asking kindly if we can come together to help Jerome through these hard times.
